I love many activities that keep the old grey matter in great shape and put a smile on my face.
Music wise my first loves will always be, Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, Funk, Rare Groove, Soul, Nu-soul, Old-soul, yet to have a name soul! To be honest I think there are far too many classifications given to music, in reality there are only two. There is great music and there is shite music. I love great music!
Quality comedy gets a big thumbs up too. Free Agents, Scrubs, Outnumbered, How not to live your life, Dan Clark, The Inbetweeners, Simpsons, Family guy, South Park and Curb Your Enthusiasm. Anything Gervais related. They all hit the mark. I’m a big fan too of The Shield and The Wire, two of the best TV series ever.
