My first grading

A few weeks ago I put myself through the first grading in the Real Combat System as delivered by Al Peasland and Mick Tully of Complete Self Protection.
I’m now a 6th Kyu - Red and very chuffed.
Onward and upward. My next grading, for 5th Kyu - Blue, will be during the last session of the six month CSP Masterclass in September.
