From “big mick” to “fit mick” half way to the 100

I’m rather chuffed with myself as I’m half way towards my goal of being able to do 100 press-ups straight off.
My tally currently stands at 50 full body press-ups with no resting, which I knocked out on Saturday at the end of a 6 hour Complete Self Protection Masterclass.
“So what?!” many will ask. Well, this time last year I’d have probably struggled to do 2 full body press-ups, such was my lack of fitness.
