An early morning workout to get you ready for the day

A workout for when you awaken (bodyweight only)
A warm up consisting of jogging on the spot and some star jumps, some stretching, back to jogging on the spot and some star jumps.
3×15 press-ups (shoulder width grip)
3×10 deep squats
3×15 press-ups (wide grip)
3×10 alternating lunges
———-
abs
3×10 crunches
3×10 threadthroughs
3×10 v swing
3×30 second self propelled sit-ups
3×10 crunches
———–
3×15 press-ups (close grip)
3×10 one leg squats - right
3×10 one leg squats - left
3×30 second depth jumps
3×10 tricep dips
———-
30 seconds star jumps
30 seconds mountain climbers
30 seconds burpees
repeat last 3 again.

I guess i am a banana=- although the fam and me did do a 25km bycicle tour on the neighbourgh island so maybe thats ok All the best Frank/Japan
