From big mick to fit mick - back in the groove

I took a break from my get fit campaign for only 10 days over Christmas and New Year yet I felt the change that occurred during that time when I was at the gym yesterday.

The training plan seemed more difficult to execute than before the break.

The price you pay I guess. The important thing is that if you do take a break for whatever reason that you get back on it as soon as possible.

In the past I’ve been guilty of letting those breaks become huge long periods with little intense exercise.

Pretty bad really, but no longer… As I have focus, determination and motivation to succeed.

I was down the gym at just after 7am today. Felt good.
