From big mick to fit mick: workout of the week

In a session with my trainer Christian Vila, he pushed me through some stuff I’d never done before such as 2 minute kettlebell drills.

Now that might not sound too difficult a thing however team that up with a relentless training session and you have a hardcore workout.

By the end of the session I was completely floored, actually thought I was going to throw up at one point too, lol

So impressed with my effort in the workout, Christian nominated it “workout of the week.

Workout of the week part 1

a two minute drill consisting of the following kettlebell moves

double arm swings

single arm swing left

single arm swing right

alternating single arm swings

Workout of the week part 2

clean, press and squat with kettlebell then into single arm swings

Workout of the week part 3

Russian twists with a kettlebell followed by plank.
