from big mick to fit mick: two minute kettlebell drill

I’ve now edited some of  the clips from workout of the week and here is just the two minute kettlebell drill with added soundtrack.

In this clip you see me performing a two minute kettlebell drill consisting of 30 seconds of each of the following:
2-handed swing,
1-arm swing left,
1 arm swing right,
1 arm swing switching left and right.
