This is quite possibly the biggest load of old drivel, masquerading as news, that I’ve read in a long time.

In this press release, Melrose Jewelers, the number one online Rolex watch seller in the USA, claim that a Rolex watch appeared to make a substantial difference in the recovery of Owen Wilson after his suicide attempt.
I feel that this does not portray the Rolex Brand in a good light.
To suggest that someone’s recovery, after attempting to take their own life, was greatly assisted by having the correct watch on their wrist really does diminish the enormity of the event that took place.
Melrose Jewelers and by association Rolex, should be ashamed of themselves.
In addition MSNBC, who carried this Press Release should also be held accountable for allowing such information to be deemed “News”.
If Rolex have any sense they should stop being associated with Melrose and refuse to allow them to sell their products in future.
