Arrogant Frog comes to Brighton

By Mike Ashworth | May 5, 2009

The rather wonderful “Arrogant frog” Brasserie has now relocated from Hove to Brighton. It can now be found alongside Umi Hotel on Brighton seafront.

I had the pleasure of being shown around the new restaurant by Steve Lowy, Umi’s general manager, the other day. I think they have done very well, the decor is fantastic and will be a great place to dine.

The restaurant will offer great quality homemade food with a French twist. The Arrogant Frog is the creation of Rosario Guarneri, a local French Restauranteur who brings a lifetime’s love of wine and gastronomic cuisine to the seafront in Brighton.

    Hi,
Since it has opened, my wife and I went a few times and we have enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff, the atmosphere and of course the food.
We are looking to go there tonight!
    Cheers,
    Charlie

I heard yesterday that it has closed again. Not sure what Rosario will be up to now?
